Price Drop Protection Policy Last updated 07-07-2024 Policy Statement: In the event that the price of a product drops by more than 10% within 7 days from the date of the initial purchase, the following dollar cost averaging policy will be applied: Eligibility: This policy applies to all products purchased directly from our store. The price drop must exceed 10% of the initial purchase price. The price drop must occur within 7 days from the date of the initial purchase. Procedure: Upon noticing a price drop of more than 10% within the stipulated 7-day period, customers are eligible to place a second order for the same product at the new, lower price. Customers must notify us of the price drop and provide the order details of the initial purchase within the 7-day period to be eligible for a partial refund. Refund Process: Once verified, we will process a refund for half of the difference between the first and second order prices. The refund will be calculated as 50% of the difference between the price paid in the initial order and the new, lower price at the time of the second order. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used in the initial purchase once second purchase has been made. If you alert me before making second purchase I will issue you a coupon code of equal or greater value as the refund you would have received. Exclusions: This policy does not apply to products purchased on sale or with promotional discounts that are no longer applicable. The policy does not cover price drops resulting from errors or temporary promotions that last less than 24 hours. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to monitor price changes and notify us within the specified 7-day period to claim a refund.
