Update: either it is the intended pull rate, or Gamestops around me got some Silver Tempest -esque wonderfully messed up batching. Went to a different Gamestop to test, got another Greninja box and a 3-pack blister; 6/8 packs had an ex or better, and got 2 more IRs (both Okidogi), 2 ACE Specs, and the SR Cassiopeia (not the SIR sadly but I will of course take it). So total on the day, 13 packs with 5 ex, 4 IR, 2 Ace Spec, and one SR. Oh and the 2 rev holo Energy cards just for funsies
Damn those energy cards kinda fire.
